Returns, Exchanges & Order Changes
We want you to feel confident ordering. Please read the details below so expectations are clear before starting a return or exchange.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Custom-built items
Many spacers are built around your vehicle selection and thickness. If an item is custom-made or machined to order, it may be subject to return restrictions. If you’re unsure, contact support before ordering.
Eligibility
Eligible for return
- Unused, uninstalled items in original condition
- Original packaging included (when applicable)
- Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
Not eligible
- Installed, used, or damaged items
- Items returned without an approved return request (RMA)
- Returns missing components/hardware originally included
- Custom-built / made-to-order items after machining has started
Important
Do not ship items back without contacting support first. We’ll confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and help avoid delays.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change your vehicle selection, thickness, shipping address, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If machining or fulfillment has not started, we can usually help. Once an order is in production or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a restocking fee applies (rare), we will disclose it before you ship your return.
